LineSemi Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a fabless company designing IPs and chips targeted towards needs of Indian OEMs and global chip makers. Linesemi Chips will help Indian and global OEMs reduce their systems’ manufacturing costs while retaining similar or better functionality. Linesemi doesn’t just design chips, we work closely with OEMs to understand the overall problem better and provide an overall better solution through our chips.
Founder Vinayak Agrawal anhas over two decades of experience in building world class products and IPs in wide range of domains like consumer electronics, automotive, Industrial, personal computers, Artificial Intelligence, and high-performance compute.
Vision
Indian semiconductor ecosystem is growing with government support for several steps in manufacturing of semiconductors in India from fabs to assembly and testing.
Linesemi Technology will leverage these ventures to build chips targeted, at first, towards Indian customers and eventually for the global markets. Linesemi is designing analog mixed-signal focused chips at first but will get into designing IPs and chips for more complex products culminating into Linesemi becoming a leading provider of High Performance Computing chiplets.

Vinayak Agrawal
System Architect and Chiplet Architect
Vinayak is a Senior Analog Architect and SOC Architect with 24 yrs of industry experience. In his career, he has lead large teams and driven multiple products and IP from concepts-to-spec-to-silicon-to production. He was the Intel’s Chiplet Architect and consultant to automotive customers (Mercedes, Bosch etc.). His core expertise is in Serdes, Data Converters, Power Delivery Analog Design. He is also Senior member IEEE who has contributed ti multiple industry standards like HDMI, USI, UCIe
